people amuse me the way they talk about lions, the only reason humans call them killing machines and are scared of them is because they are so big and powerful. but ya know there r big and powerful dogs (pitbulls, great danes, rottweilers, etc) and they can turn on ppl in a heartbeat. it has nothing to do with animals being "wild" or not, every animal has a protective instinct, much like humans. and this lion showed just how amazing the bond can be when a person helps an animal.
