The 60s "bump" was at the crown and teased and sprayed, later, it became at small pony tail that pulled the top hair into a fall. Most of the Mod 60s bobs by Sassoon included the 'bump.'  His earliest geometric 5-point cuts however were sleek and not teased, just precision cuts. The additional hairpieces, falls, dynell hair pieces were well into the latter 60s and blossomed in the early 70s such as the Shrimpton images. Pattie Boyd's famous 'bump' and Jean Shrimpton's teased bed-head rocked!

My hair was just like the lady @ 1.28 back in the 60s, My goodness i thought i was the bees knees! with my wizard dresses and gold boots. Thats when i was working at a chip shop in manchester uk. I met my first husband, You should have seen his face on our wedding night when i took my wig and lashes off. " wheres my wife?" he joked. I should have known.
