I remember I had a Specialist like this when I was a PFC who was my squad leader. But he fucked up and I became his squad leader lol. Now I'm a Spec and am my own NCO with 4 troops under my command, and I never have problems with them. So if your a douchebag adolescent man fisting Spec like the one in this vid, just treat your soldiers with a tiny little bit of respect, it works wonders.

And what's wrong with somebody staying in the Army? Some of us actually enjoy it. Why? Because (yep, pulling out the recruitment line) it is what you make it.
