Oh and WW and Twilight Princess aren't the end of their timelines. There are several games that take place after them.

Well, WW has two sequels, Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks, and since they don't fit anywhere else it's generally accepted that A Link to the Past, Zelda 1, Zelda 2, Link's Awakening, and the Oracle games are after WW and TP.

Lots of the games don't have Ganon as the enemy, like Minish Cap, Four Swords, PH, ST, Link's Awakening... That's about it actually. But still. =o
