There's a better way. Instead of hugging the ledge, jump on top the fence near the stairs and then on the ground. If you fall of the ledge, you have to get help and thus is more dangerous. I found this method good if A) there's a tank in the house. B) you need to ditch your AI because they are being dumb for whatever reason.

There's another glitch, if 3 people are downed just outside the first sakehouse, then few zombies will spawn in the level.

It happens but very VERY rarely, your flashlight shouldn't illuminate her, not even from afar so she doesn't feel you near her.
