Okay, but could be better. There are some really nice bits like Ran's dashing sequence near the beginning, but other parts just seem not to work with the music or lyrics (Twilight Spark, for instance).
And I understand your desire to keep Fran for the climax, but hey, it's her song. A bit more footage of her wouldn't hurt.

Touhou Soccer offers little animation. Flandre only has two appearances, and the one where she teams up with Remilia herself is too short.
