  • Eat a lot of fast digesting carbs, protein, good fats. stay the fuck away from cardio. Lift 3 to 4 days a week doing compound movements. For example monday back in biceps wednesday legs friday chest and triceps. Keep it intense and keep the rep range about 8 to 12 no more then 15 sets total. Good luck.

    To start eating a lot i just ate alot of bread, i thought it maybe would work like a sort of sponge that would stretch my stumach to get larger meals inside.

    I had the feeling that it worked great.. But seriously Do alot of push ups.. Try to do as much as push ups as you can in one rep.. but complete the 100 over the whole day.. for example

    Wake up - 20 push ups

    push ups don't build muscle, only strength. To build mass (muscle/weight) you need to add resistance (lifting heavy weights.)

  • You are an ectomorph, which is a hard gainer, you need to do is keep your workout short and intense, some where around 35-45 mins in the gym. If you workout for too long, your body can over train and you can easily loose the muscle. I used to weight 125 in the start of my workout, after 4 of bodybuilding I'm 170, 8% bodyfat. Supplement are only going to make a 10% difference in gaing weight, they rest comes from your diet. Looking at your body type, you might need to eat little over 3000 cal

  • To get bigger muscles, you need to eat like an animal, ensure that you enough rest (48 hours per muscle group, until the soreness is no longer).

    Lift heavy with low reps 4-6. (Learn the correct form first though with light weights)

    Final tip:

    Don't look at the big guys in the gym that make you feel skinny, it screws with your head. And when lifting, really SQUEEZE THE FUCK out of your muscles and I ensure you will have torn more micro fibres.

    Listen, Riptide013... you need more CALORIES. Protein is important, but you need to be eating alot more food. And keep in mind, just because you eat alot of food does not mean you will gain weight. You need to start counting your calories. I'm not sure what your height is, but start out at 4,000 calories per day and at least 100-150g of protein. Pushups, situps, and that crap won't do anything. Hit the gym

  • No diet for you, eat ALOT and start with just plain push ups for starters, get yourself a curling bar and weight. Eat, push ups, curl repeat. Then after you notice results go to a gym and then start your routine.

  • Biggest thing is EAT! Eat 5-6 times a day. Make sure it consists of HIGH protein foods i.e... Chcken Breasts, Egg whites, Tuna, Turkey... your going to have to force yourself to eat for the first few weeks but stay on top of it. You want your foods ratio to be about 40% Protein/40% Carbs/20% Trans Fats (good fats) I would take 3-5 Tbs of xtra virgin olive oil a day. Worked Great. As for Workouts, Little to No Cardio, Lift Heavy weights w/ low reps. Do them in Superset.!

  • highly recommend p90x. It's in my opinion one of the best work out plans out there, im 6 weeks in (started because im a very skinny guy) and im already started to see some sweet results. I also drink 20oz whey protein shakes 2x a day, one in the morning and one following within an hour after my workout (which is only an hour a day)

    lunch is Ok, use a snack then and then banana, nuts cashews I prefer.

    dinner just eat normal, after workout use a weight gainer 40/60 protein carb kombination, animoacids are aswell great for gaining musclemass, eat a snack 2h after dinner cashews and a protein shake, then before going to sleep eat oatmeal again and drink a big glass of milk

  • Listen I was a little guy myself. You must eat more food. Try eatting more protein foods such as chicken, tuna, fish, red meat, ect. Proteins can help but make surwe you mix some carbs with them even if its sugar or honey. These cause an insulin spike that helps your muscles to better absorb the protein. You can also purchase a cheap creatine to also take at this time. You can buy it for about $20 for 200 servings.

Fuck you're still going through puberty when you're that young and growing as well. Start weight training around 18-19 years of age if you're still skin and bones. Lifting too early can cause problems with your joints and shit.

  • Dude I'm exacly like this I'm 15 and Its an ongoing battle to gain weight. THis time I'm not giving up because I have 2 months of of school. I'm 6'1 140 pounds I have 0% fat all muscle, skin and bone. I'm drinking 3 shakes a day now started doing p90x But with out anysort of cardio.   • If you can believe, I was skinnier than you were up into my early 20s. Want to get big, for every hour you workout consume an additional 1000 calories on top of your basic caloric needs. Make sure to mix in heavy lifting with some days of long and slow cardio workouts. Keep heart low 110-125 beats per minute during cardio, this burns fat and not as much glycogen. Stay away from fast foods. You don't need to eat fat to consume calories.

  • Ive been working out my arms for a fair bit of time. Ive gotten a bit of muscle but haven't seen much progress since.

    I must be doing something wrong, I hate it though, my arms are too long and skinny.

  • 1st of all, if you want to Gain Mass you need to lift heavy, lots of sets but very high weight. Since you are a hard gainer Ectomorph, you need some supps, goldstandard is good but it only offers about 24grams of protein and around 200 calories. You need something with a bit more PUNCH! What worked for me is CYTOGAINER, it has 54g in 1 serving size, and about 540 calories. I went from being 155lb in january, to 177lb in may. My gains were through the roof. Try It.

  • @slisexru First off "goldstandard" Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey/Casein both have 24g of protein. They are both around 130 calories. Anything higher than that in protein is pointless since your body isn't going to absorb it all. Get a casein/whey mix unless you want to buy both. Casein tends to help more due to stopping your muscle catabolism due to slower digestion.

  • Gold Standard is better than Cytogainer. I can tell you don't know how to compare protein powders. Gold standard = 1 scoop at 24 grams of protein. Cytogainer = 4 scoops at 54 grams of protein. Do the math now, and tell me which one is better. :)

I boil eggs, than throw away the yoke, eat the white- Heart doctor told me maximum amount of Cholestorol anyone should have in one day is 300mg which is exactly the amount in one egg. But, that's the yoke! He said you can have 10 egg whites per day no problem. But yeah, eat protein! But natural! don't do artificial, take it from me man! I have a friend who did it, he got real fat, I got real fat doing it too

  • @digerydooboi ur not gonna gain any weight by drinking your protien shakes if you are not working out. Protein helps rebuild your muscles slowly overtime, so in a year of working out and drinking protien, you can expect maybe 10 pounds, but you also have to eat right and work out properly.

  • @aquarisx1 yea but your weiner gets sore if you jerk off too much, so keep it to 1nce a day and be sure to alternate between left and right hands because your arms will be proportioned all weird, dont use vasoline because it makes too much friction so use lotion. be sure to give your weiner a good rest and take protein shakes bcus you will lose alot of protein when you jizz all over the place
