I'm sorry, but I don't remember. I was having the same problem and it just happen to work. I took that phone back after 4 days because I don't like the way it works. I have the Dell Streak now. a way better phone for battery power.
quick question i got the same phone but when i try to upload a video it doesnt give me the option to add my emailaccount on you tube so it can upload to my youtube page any help?
