$1.2 Million / 40 year career = $25,000 / year ?!?! Let's compare to US Census figures (2004) whic state the median income of Full-Time Year-Round workers was $40,798 for males, $31,223 for females.
Now, if men make more money because women take more part-time jobs, the answer is for women to take full-time jobs.

Another thing: Do feminists focus of the wage gap between blacks and whites? For those who don't know, whites (generally) earn more than blacks. Why? Because whites acquire post-secondary education while blacks obtain felonies and would rather sling crack (B4 any1 says that's racist, I'm black, btw).
Let me ask you this: If there are so many companies out there that get away with paying women so much less than men, why does anybody bother to hire men anymore? Wouldn't it be cheaper just to hire women?

Is is fair that women contribute less to SS yet draw 50% more? That doesn't even include SS survivor benefits.

Men on average work three hours per week more then women. That ALONE accounts for 70% of the wage gap.
