@fsx767 You are on a Rat ( remote access tool) What this means is someone can see what your doing and has full control of your computer.Your computer is just like a window at the bottom of their screen.They often do things like open your note pad and mess with you or pop up random windows. you r probally on someones botnet and they will use your filepackets to ddos,slowing your computer down. Sadly I don't know how to remove these , but at least you have a idea of what your dealing with.

@charlessparks13 go on safe mode,restart your laptop and while its restarting press F8 a lot of times...and than click safe mode with networking...and than it should say that your laptop is on safe mode and you can use the internet :)

Its best not to use the free version of avg the fre version of avg hardly does anything it says it has removed the virus but it really hasn't for the majority of the time...the only time it actually does something is when u get the pro version and 133old i suggest that u re install windows or whatever u have then u could probably get an antivirus again and with any luck remove that virus at the same time its a chance worth taking dont u think

Umm hello guys if you have a virus on ur computer, then go on start then, all programs, accessories, then system tools, then restore ur computer to a back date

@ionuorah When you start up your PC click the F8 button at the top of the keyboard continuously until it takes you to a black screen move down to where it says Safe Mode and click enter. What it does is it runs Windows without running all of the files on your computer so if you have a virus in one of your files it won't run while in safe mode so your computer will be 'safe'. This way you can run your antivirus software and remove said viruses

@mikey2e Okay, what you want to do if you already haven't is turn off your computer and boot it in safe mode. To do that whenever your computer is barely turning on, press the key F8. You will get your options of safe mode, safe mode with networking..and some others. Chose either safe mode or safe mode with networking. That will most likely load your desktop. It's going to look kind of weird but its okay cause its in safe mode.
