a LONNNNNNNG time ago at Disney's Animal Kingdom there used to be a robot dragon that shot fire in a cave on the boat ride. the boat ride no longer exsist (i dunno why) but the boat is still hanging out under the bridge, also minnie mickey and others randomly ride it, but not guests

Disney was planning another section of the park called Beastly Kingdom.However,due to budget,the project never came to realising.There are some remains from it,like the unicorn parking lot,the dragon head at one of the entrance booths,the silloute dragon in the park logo...and the dragon in this Mcdonalds toy line.I`m surpised Mcdonalds still gave out the dragon toy.

It's a very long story. But originally Animal Kingdom was going to have a "land" called "Beastly Kingdom". Instead of Michael Eisner waiting until they had the proper funds to build it, he decided to take the easy way out and build "Camp Minnie Mickey" instead. Beastly Kingdom would've had unicorns, mythical creatures, and (to answer your question) dragons. (They actually were going to have a state-of-the-art dragon rollercoaster that would've been pretty cool.)
