@bg11215 Exactly. The problem is that many people don't have the restraint to stop eating out so much, smoke/drink, buy stuff to show off and manage their finances so they can save some money. I managed to save $1500 during the winter last year so I could get central ac installed in my house. I just make sure to put aside a few dollars for the hydro increase but it was manageable. Was a nice 74F in the house for me all summer :)
