I'm sorry, but somehow I feel like the main melody (that starts with 你的眼神充滿美麗帶走我的心跳) sounds very similar to the song Desperado by Eagles melody wise. Do a search on YouTube and you'll see what I mean. Maybe that's where he got the inspiration? Anyways just my personal opinion.
