Recently they discovered that Hinkley was SUPPOSED to have THREE tiers of safety systems, but when someone finally checked the entire system (due to cracks that already existed!) they found the THIRD tier safety system was never even built in!!? A disaster could have happened any time & they would have found out too late!
So
Every new home should HAVE to have ground heat, solar water heaters & solar PV BUILT IN! Then we need REAL up-to 100% GRANTS for solar water heaters & PV for existing homes!
