5:11 looks like moments before that storm rolled in... That was one hellavu storm! This was the last Olds Nats that my Father-in-law and I attended together! Had plans to go to Detroit the next year, but he needed back surgery that summer... after that he wasn't able to make too many road trips. He passed away April 29th of this year and as I'm watching your video's it's bringing back memories of he and I walking through... Thanks for uploading!
i am the new owner of a 1975 oldsmobile 98, with only 64k miles, triple black, it's one sweet ride, i got it from the origanal owner, now spring can't get here fast enough...!
I have 1979 oldsmobile cutlass salon( sedan they called it aeroback -I think) . Very far far away from its birth place -in estonia. Its in sad condition and I dont know nothing about this car ... need some help to restore it
and yet no 67 vista cruiser. I'm a big toro fan but the 67 VC was my first car. It ran so smooth and quiet, I set the idle to about 400I could take my foot off the brake and the car would just wait for the gas. I still drive my 95 'rora

To think GM killed Oldsmobile just to make way for Hummer!
This was the lamest, most idiotic move GM ever engaged in. Now GM wants to unload Hummer!

Unbelievable that GM closed/finished this GREAT and innovative trade mark. What would be the world of automobiles without Oldsmobile....??
Good that you have these clubs.
BTW the vid and the many images are great !!!

I had my light blue 70 Cutlass four door hardtop and my 71 442 but did not enter them into the show. Theyre not nice enough.

Actually my tan colored 71 442 manage to creep into this video after all. At 33 seconds in it can be seen in front of the Hurst Vista Cruiser.
