You need to pause the game, and there should be an "Item" option. Go to it, and there will be a list of all the items you've earned. You can equip and unequip stuff from there.

one time against the flying dragon colossus (dont remember number) i fell into the sky when it killed me and it took over a minut for the blackness to catch up. also if your in the watterand you jump out right as you get hit by it somtimes you fall to the bottom of the lake.

How do you get to play those hard time attacks?The only hard mode I played was after beting the game for the first time.

after defeating hard mode, on the next playthrough pray in front of each statue in the temple. when you prey, it asks if you would like to defeat that colossus in a set amount of time. after defeating two colossi in the given time, you will receive an item. make sure to beat all sixteen before completing story mode... or you will have to do it all over again to get all eight items. there is also a normal time attack that follows the same procedure.

I did that,and I got two new arrows,claoks,map over the fruits and reptiles and a brown Agro,but that was it.

it sounds like you did normal time attack.  do the same thing, but this time do it on your hard mode save file. you will receive two swords, some clothing and a parachute (and white agro).
