I LOOVE THIS SONG!! It gives people the motivation to go out and do something in the world! Whether that be a job, school, career, family, or just open your eyes and seeing what that person is missing in the world! I LOOVE this song! I do this all the time, I say to myself "I don't feel like getting up." There are two versions of this song. The second version of this song you can hear Jill scatting throughout the ending of the song. I didn't know she had a singing range up there with Minnie Ripperton until I heard her sing this song. You can subtly hear her scatting in the background on this song. But on the second version, she scats just tearing up this song making it another classic Jill Scott song.

It's actually from her Jill Scott's album 826+. This CD came right after her first album. It was a two disc CD, the first one being her live in a concert performing songs from her first album and the second CD where other songs which she wanted to be on her first album but did not make the cut. It's a great CD.
