  • any idea why it only comes out the left side and is really quiet?

  • sry amte but that is not guitar

  • @costbart Then what is it?

  • @dingovory A elguitar

  • @costbart A what? If you mean electric guitar, then YOU'RE wrong. It's a bass guitar which , when I last checked, IS a guitar. Bass, acoustic, electric. Those are all adjective used to describe what kind of guitar it is. A guitar is a guitar.

  • If you want to try that accent yourself just open your mouth about 1/4" and don't move it. From there just try to speak normally without moving your mouth and you'll be talking just like this bloke.

  • How would you go about recording drums for this? Any possible way a electric drum set can "plug in" to the computer?

  • Comment removed

  • How do you add Gain

  • Don't you love how Americans cannot understand any accent except there own...

  • @01Yossarian01 I'm american, and I can understand any accent...

  • @01Yossarian01 i can understand it

  • @01Yossarian01 don't u love it when third world countries think all americans r the same? asshole

  • @01Yossarian01 i could understand fine...

  • @01Yossarian01 It's funny how South Africans have the grammatical competence of an eight year old.

  • @KoPuffable Jeez, you insult someones nationality and they take the time to stalk your account, determine what country you are from and and insult you right back. ruthless...

  • @01Yossarian01 Do you like eggs?

  • @KoPuffable Sorry dude, please repeat your question, i cant understand your American accent... its sounds like you asked me whether i liked eggs, which of course you could not possibly have said- because that would have just been moronic...

  • @01Yossarian01 I'm not American, you crazy bastard.

  • @01Yossarian01 dont you love that other countries talk about how arrogant america is even though their twice a s arrogant?

  • @01Yossarian01 There's an English guy in my Auto-Collision class. Your point is invalid.

  • @01Yossarian01 not true

  • @01Yossarian01 dont you love stereotypes? -_-

  • @01Yossarian01 Don't you love how Americans can imitate any accent they want, and no one else can?

  • @smileyman455 You sure about that? Pffft

  • @01Yossarian01 their*

  • @01Yossarian01 Your wrong, us americans don't have accents stupid!

    /sarcasm

  • @BlasterTon actually, you do: 'arrogance english' which is simply the same as 'american english'

sinces american aint english in defenition, brittish is not a accent of english, but is in fact the only real english language.

which means if you call your language english, it means you have a accent, the funny thing is,

when i talk english with my mates, ( im from holland ) my accent, sounds the same as how americans talk, which means it is a accent.. i can speak brittish to.

  • @modwebby I was being sarcastic...

  • @BlasterTon and im very serious...

  • @BlasterTon no you werent lol

  • @hotbeacon1 I hope you are being sarcastic...

  • I didn't forget to subscribe:)

  • Mine is not working for some reason :( HELP i got everything right but for some reason no sound

  • @PeteAndJakee Make sure you set up your guitar as a microphone first it happened to me

  • @PeteAndJakee right click on your speaker, the one with D)) with it, then open recording devices. Put Front Mic on default. That should fix it. :3

  • Don't u hear the radio while recording?? ^^

  • Where can I get the jack???

  • @proreview3153 I'm sure you can get it at your local music store, else try the electronic store. My local electronic store had it :) Just ask for a big jackstick to 3,4 mm jackstick converter, or explain what what you want to use it for. It's not difficult to get this... Thanks to Tingawinga5 for uploading :) I will try this sometime

  • how do i get distortion ?

  • @Golradir999 you can get a distortion by the normal way you just plug the distortion to your computer y and then to the guitar because in this case the computer is like your amplifier

  • Does Audacity give Viruses? because when I tried to download it. it said "This type of file can harm your computer. are you sure you want to download Audacity."

  • @myreaper101 some file need to ask u about that but it doesnt mean it has a virus :)

  • @myreaper101 No it's not a virus . Computers do that as a safety notice.

  • I do it right but audacity doesn't reconise it? HELP

  • can i use guitar rig for this

  • 9 ppl don't know how to play guitar.

  • @judedelux seriously...?

  • 2:38 looks a bit wrong

  • It's awesome cuz even though he's clearly speaking English, I don't know what the hell he's saying!

  • @dingovory You must be a fucking idiot. Oh wait, you are American. Your brain obviously blocks out all other form of speech except yours. Ignorant bastards.

  • @TheFloppyChicken I'm Jamaican dipshit and my comment was all in good humor.

  • @TheFloppyChicken

Making a negative sweeping generalization to condemn a negative sweeping generalization. You are obviously quite advanced, good sir! :D

  • You shouldn't have to use the amplify option...You can probably just turn the mic volume up on your PC instead, I use audacity too for my videos.

  • where do u get the splitter

  • @camclegg123 amazon, maybe music store radio shack best buy

  • interesting, so why when i plug my guitar in why does it sound like shit. So much idk bass sound? HELP

  • i fuking hate this shit!! i finally found a tutorial that uses a vid camera for this shit but he cant explain

  • will this work wit tryin to play it wit guitar rig?

  • @bigboobz in fl studio when ur recording you have the option of hearing through your headphones as you play.

  • how much does the converter costs?

  • @deftonespg $3-$5

  • I can record my guitar/keyboard into it but my problem is when it recorded, the playback sound sounds like shit 'like my speaker can't resist the sound loudness' anyone got troubleshoot like me ?

  • @muhaiminmahzan to be honest, I tried all this a year ago, its a cheap way of doing things but it gives seriously cheap results, but still usable in some cases, use windows xp as it sees to have less latency when playing, its still in the 20 to 30 ms range, for best results use (asio4all) sound drivers, (its spelled like that) and this should take the latency down to between 11 to 16 ms, best I got was 9ms on normal soundcard, remember to set audacity to use asio as the main drivers : )

  • ive got the same pc case as you

  • Guys when did you connect the guitar to computer for the first time..??

That's weird I've always recorded with a regular mic

  • for the converter thing can u use the iRig for the ipod instead

  • ok dude

  • but mine is wierd. like it sound fine in the beggining when recording but then after lik 20 secs of playing, the noise quiets down and sounds unclear. im playing the guitar exactly the same tho

  • lol at the tags u said idiot! :P

  • @Tingawinga5 or anybody, how do i set up the mic system?

  • don't you use those kind of cables! it will embarrass you during gigs!

  • Audacity sucks. Use Cubase or Music Creator

  • Thank you for this video! It helped me so much. :D

    <333

  • very shity sounds. You record just with mic no line in

  • what is the probgram called? i cant understand him

  • @Itinerantboy It's called Audacity. He has a link for it in comments.

  • yeeessss

  • awsome animation xD

  • lol @3:17 I thought it says 'Forget to Subscribe' XD

  • How do you hear what youre playing while recording?

  • @bigboobz use amplitube

  • @bigboobz the speakers of your computer...

  • @bigboobz Select your recording to what you hear, its called stereo or sometimes "what you hear".

  • @bigboobz he doesn't

  • @bigboobz dont need to :)

  • @bigboobz put on headphones

  • @bigboobz Well u can still hear ur strings so it won't be such a problem I think

  • @bigboobz if you have 2 amp cables you can plug your guitar into your amp like normal then take your other amp cable and then put it into the output hole on ur amp, then you take the converter like on the video and put it into te computer. you should be able to hear your amp and record t the same time. i have never tried it but i tinhk it will work??

  • @bigboobz just open the stereo mix and enable the microphone:)
