@GamingAwesome1 M. Bison was originally a jab at Mike Tyson (Mike Bite-son), it was changed in the U.S release to avoid offending the man himself. They gave M. Bison's name to the dictator since it sounds more intimidating than his original name - Vega. Though I'm not sure why they swapped out Balrog and Vega.

@utubekevz You CANT see that you blocked the projectile, if you see you blocked it then it was already too late. There's a SINGLE frame that causes the unblockable. You have NO time to react. You have to do a reversal before the superfreeze or you're already hit.

Hmm... so counter to unblockable is to use an invincible move, invincible to projectile, or super armor move to ultra. How about characters like Guile without any of those moves? Can backdash be used to avoid this ultra? Or is a wakeup Ultra the only recourse?

you can't block at the exact moment of an Ultra flash animation. it's being called "googly eyes mode" because the eyes of the opponent get really big. Thats what makes these unblockable. it's not a cross up and you don't need to block both ways.
