Our cat is an adopted cat that abandoned. She was an outdoor cat. After she was spayed, she became the best indoor only cat you could ask for. Vet said she is between 2 and 3 years of age. She gave us one litter of kittens after she first adopted us, and we had her spayed soon afterward to maintain her health, and our sanity. The yowling when she went into heat was horrible! Cats SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ROAM OUTDOORS!

He's just as vocal as this guy. As for the ears, that doesn't always apply. Animals, like humans, are all different and looking at one part of their anatomy to figure out their moods doesn't work.
