Yeah, to increase the amount of light so that you could see everything, I slowed down the shutter speed. Unless you want darker videos. ;)

They should have useed the NMBC soundtrack though, that would be the best. OoOOOh, and a "kidnaped" animatronic Santa Claus would have also been fanstastic, but disney decided against it for some reason. Go fig.

I agree with 'Tube. YOUR VIDEO IS THE BEST! Disneyland sure changed their Haunted Mansion Ride for Christmas with my all time FAVORITE movie NMBC, and you and your miracle movie footage captured it COMPLETELY!! I am so angry I can ONLY give it five stars!  YOU ROCK!

lol i went on it five times, each time getting different shots of it. I also fiddled around with the lighting, and even bough the CD (mainly cause it was cool!

Oh, and one last thing. How long have you known NMBC?

I have known NMBC for about 11 years.

WHen you are filming (im not an expert yet) hold the camera as still as possible, look through the viewfinder constantly, make sure you have the correct lighting...and hey, get to know the ride. Know wgere everything is so you're not rushing left to right every second

They *did* use the soundtrack, to some degree...if you listen in the background of some scenes in the ride you can hear "Kidnap The Sandy Claws". Be glad they got that much, at first Disney wasn't allowed to use the music, because they don't exactly own it completely...Touchstone does. Notice how all NMBC Merchandise is copyrighted "Disney/Touchstone". ;)
