Serenata, de Antonio Rebello

Eu tive a honra de ser aluno de Antonio Rebello. Ele morava na Rua Bolivar em Copacabana. Os seus netos treinavam dia e noite sem parar no quarto perto da entrada de sua casa. Os seus netos, Sérgio e Eduardo irmãos Abreu. Não iam a praia para não amolecer os calos dos dedos. Ia me apresentar na Escola Naconal de Música fazendo o segundo violão e o prof. Rebello iria fazer o primeiro. Não terminamos o treino, pois ele veio a falecer. Antonio Rebello foi um grande professor.

@ovidiov Pois é. Tinha 6 anos quando comecei a estudar com Antonio Rebello. Aprendi várias músicas, Valsinha Dora, Márcia, Estudio em Mi e essa Serenata que é executada aqui, de autoria de Rebello tambem cheguei a tocar, mas hoje, depois de tantos anos, perdi a mecânica dos dedos. Foi muito emocionante escutar essa linda música, que me trouxe uma grande lembrança. Fui a vários concertos de violão que Rebello organizava com seus alunos. Só lamento não ter participado por causa de seu falecimento.

It's a seven-string guitar made by a luthier in a musical store in Rio called "O Bandolim de Ouro".

It's really a great instrument.
