@MisterFleshcage When spelled in Hindi, the "Kr" portion of the word "Krsna" does not have a definite vowel sound attached to it. It is occasionally "Krishna" for ease-of-reading purposes. However in reality, the "Kr" in "Krsna" seemlessly transitions over to the "sna" at the end of the word without any definite vowel sounds.

In Sanskrit the 'r' in Krishna is actually a semi-vowel. Sometimes it is transliterated w/ the 'i' as 'ri', sometimes it isn't. So no, it is not like when peole write G-d.

It would be soo boring seeing Thievery Corporation with just Rob, Eric a few turn tables, a couple of synth's and a midi sequencer playing and singing all the parts! Not just their music, but their live performance is what sets them apart and above the rest. They surround themselves with some outstanding musicians live. They just rock it by playing some synth and doing some record scratching. If that's ok with them then its ok with me. More then just ok. I saw them play!! They were great!!

Radio Retaliation is IMHO very interesting album. I love sounds made by ThC, but the idea to arrange their music with so many real musical instruments and singers is GREAT! (I guess it's first album ever mixing lounge/downtempo music with reagge, HH and instrumental music)
