you want compiz linux effects on windows look in Google for portable ubuntu and install it in ternamal after. Portable ubuntu runs in windows thrue CMD it works and no need to get linux agean!

Go to the bottom of the site you will see winrar. You need to download it first! Then extract the files from the compressed file with winrar. Thats why you cant open the compressed file to install it. Hope that helps you!
