lol, i played the jak games in this order - jak one, jak 3, jak x, jak the lost frontier and then jak 2 - the story line was random untill jak2 then i understanded it all.
Ahh the Jak series. Jak and Daxter 1 was the first game I EVER got, and still occasionally play it to this day, 10 years later. Jak 2 was so new and awesome, and was hard as crazy, but I eventually came through. I got Jak 3 the day it came out and I was blown away. An amazing climax to an amazing series. Jak X came out. it was different but nonetheless awesome, and the Daxter and TLF. These fucking suck. Daxter sucked dick, and TLF was only slightly better. The originals will always be the best!
the most shocking thing about this series was the transition from tpl to jak 2 because 1. the game reminds me a lot of grand theft auto 2. the environment goes from being all innocent and happy to an oppressed dark city 3. jak fucking started to talk
the transition from jak x to tlf was gay, its like jak became a pirate and got a new voice actor? WTF

ND is taking took a break from Jak&Daxter because the team was getting bored with it, so they have been doing Uncharted and gathering up ideas for when they decide to make another Jak game. They said after they are done doing whatever with uncharted, they will be using the new graphics engine to make Jak, so you know its going to be insane looking. Imagine Jak 2 with the graphics of Uncharted. Cars flying all around in a awesome future city. Gritty pumping stations and Dead Towns, AWESOME!
i got it...it crashed and wouldnt play after the first day. also thiers a glitch where the autosave icon wont go away and it can currupt you save and memory card. also to be honest i hated it
They're doing the same thing they did with Crash Bandicoot. They're handing it over to work on something else, and when they gave up Crash Bandicoot he went from best game character of the time to horseshit. I hope High Impact don't screw this up, i cold see it happening. Either way, the storyline won't be near as good as the previous games.

Um, easportsdude, Jak X is considered a spin-off by Naughty Dog, not part of the main storyline as it may seems.

yea, but no machine-gun to use, no veicles get to area to area, and chaos without dark powers. the reason jak finaly talks for the first time because dark eco in him got him soooo angry (besides not hearing a main charicter's voice is weird). p.s jak is mute in in the first game.

It is not booring ,you don't only shoot shoot shoot ,you do lots and lots of other stuff.
P.S.:I play Jak 3 and Ratchet and Clank:Up Your Arsenal and I love them both and they are great and I wish they make a game for PS2 about Ratchet ,Clank ,Jak and Daxter all in 1 game it would be great it really would
