  • The rise of Obama is getting scary. He's done it with zero substance, and little experience using strongly deluded rhetoric.

    Watch out for that dude!

  • I love how clearly you present information!!! Thank you.

  • Thanks!

  • WHO CARES...more big government, more taxes, more programs. Does it really matter? You are in control of your own success, the government is just in the way. Choose to succeed or choose to rely on the government. If you choose the latter you will always be poor, that's where they want you.

  • Wheres the video about Obama stealing his speeches?

  • It does not exist, lol!

  • Remove this green background by a special effect ! it is too easy to make it !

    sorry I am french lol

  • I am with you on that one I hate see green backround with lack of chroma key! grrrrr!

  • Caucases are a fairly archaic and illegitimate form of electing. If Obama didn't depend on caucuses everyone would agree on it.

  • Does anybody have anything to say about the video??? Spamming on both sides has gone out of control. Good discussion in the clip though, and well-reasoned conclusions.

  • A vote for Obama is a roll of the dice. Good thing folks in OH and PA have a chance to set the rest of this country straight!

  • *** Vote Hillary Clinton 2008!!! We Need CHANGE and Hillary Clinton will bring it. We THE PEOPLE need Our Voices heard and Hillary Hears them. Let us the People decide not the government. It's Our Country and Our Land and Hillary Clinton Knows that. So I'm Voting for True CHANGE and I'm Voting Hillary Clinton Because She CAN and WILL!!! God Bless America. *** YES SHE CAN! SI, SE PUEDE!

  • blah blah blah

  • Reality check - BOTH OBAMA & CLINTON ARE THE SAME. THEY ARE SOCIALIST!!!. NO THANK YOU!!!.

  • I'm making my protest poster now..buying new sneaks for the walk..This is maddening! automatic delegates..superdelegates...it sounds like Mary Popkins...

  • This is all a SCAM the fix is already in for theis DEVIL Hilary Clinton.

  • watch?v=B7iYSceHAvU

  • The whole superdelategate concept is so flawed and anti-democratic I just can't see how it ever became part of the election. What a joke.

  • You're probably right about how the Supers are going to vote, but consider:

If they do see oppose Obabma, for whatever reason, they are still going to allow Hillary the chance to win legitamately through the Elected ones, thus making it look like the primaries actually matter.

On that note, America wise up and get prefferential voting, so that the theoretical many party state is not controlled by just two parties.

  • Whats wrong with you trekmate? He looks fine, get over yourself

  • Josh, whats with the unprofessional Green Screen behind you which is underutilised, and those whiskers. If you are going to speak authoritatively, then at least look the part. Whiskers & shabby dress is so off putting.

  • Hillary....Hillary....Hillary

  • having gas chambers in the states or not, is only a question of how they are going to implement it, not a moral question. they only have to solve the technical issues of getting it done, preparing the ground for it, if its the facilities, transportation and so on but maybe most important, gaining the suitable control of the population to carry out mass murder. it is only a matter of the right plan and timing, but the attitude is for sure already there!

  • I agree. If Hillary wins we are totally fucked.

  • Hillary wants to use delegates from Michigan and Florida !! she's changing the rules check bloomberg on that, pelosi is a bit shocked

  • So what about lewis in Georgia where his constituents voted for obama 3 to 1 and he has his vote with hillary? Yeah, there's talk of him switching but his office is saying it's an observation not factual.

  • Search on You Tube "Bill & Hiiary Clinton : Their Secret Lives"

  • The delegates and super delegates are nothing

but a scam by the DNC to give the washington

insider the advantage. Even as we make it

loud and clear we want Obama with 21 states

to her 11, she could still steal it away from

the people. I voted for Bill Clinton in my

first election, and if the DNC lets Billary

pull that crap, i'm done being a dem.

  • That is a perspective I've been hearing a lot lately. I just hope that it doesn't prevent the democrats from coming together like the republicans seem to be doing. Also it is important to note that the super delegates were not create to scam the voters but rather as a symbolic gesture towards party leaders and activists believing that it would never come to a brokered convention where they would actually have to make the decision.

  • This is the EXACTLY the same green backdrop as for Elizabeth Kucinich's broadcasts! Just a coincidence?

  • parispeter2,

You're joking about the green backdrop, right? A green-screen backdrop makes it possible to superimpose images into the background, which is how those pictures appear next to Josh's head while he speaks.

  • I WAS joking, although it IS exactly the same shade of green. Perhaps this says something about the shared aesthetico-political sensibilities of those who chose them. Colour is not neutral, as painters, urban planners and bulls know. Oscar Wilde also said that the most profound people prefer green. Which happens to be my favourite colour, incidentally ;)

  • I've heard of "concetrating on the 'significant' states" before. No disrespect to the Newyorkers but it was another Newyork politician and I'm wondering whether that's Newyork politics. Well recent history lies not quite exactly where Giulliani would want it but I like it that Hillary thinks it will work out for her since it only means more impeccability for hope. I wonder whether americans in the supposedly "insignificant states" will like being referred to as the rest of America.

  • Obama 08' baby!!

  • Caucases are a fairly archaic and illegitimate form of electing. If Obama didn't depend on caucuses everyone would agree on it.

  • You didn't mention the story that some of the supers that have previously endorsed Hillary are breaking for Obama.

  • Great analysis. Shave much?

  • Josh, how about some info on how the Hispanic vote in TX won't count much because since the delegates are proportionately doled out according to LAST Election's turnout, and last time it was low in the Hispanic-rich neighborhoods. Good job though. Thanks for your efforts.

  • watch?v=4Hb63ruEt4I

For the Hillary-Lovers out there. If, for some reason, you still support her over Barack, please, please watch this video. This is worse than the planted question in the crowd, or the Potempkin "victory" party she threw herself in FLA... So fake, Bush & Rove would be jealous.

    watch?v=4Hb63ruEt4I

  • i can't believe she has a theme song complete with dancers. i thought it was a comedy skit all through the first verse.

  • TPM, I think your analysis may prove to be spot on, and you're the first one I've heard say that. I bet there is a NYT opinion piece in the next few days saying the same thing. The remaining 400 unpledged and superdelegates would have come out for Clinton already if that was their plan, as it would have given her a boost as perceived front runner. Much more likely they're waiting to see how the rest of the race plays out and will fall in line.

  • UGH!!! Those Ohio & Pennsylvania numbers make me sick. This spectacle of bill and hillaryrodhamclinton staying together all these years just to get each other elected... we've had enough aberrant pathology in the white house lately. billary needs therapy... NOT the most powerful elected position in the whole world.

  • Why is the media (including TPM) still spouting out poll results? As we've seen in Iowa and the most recent state results - the public knows they're astroundingly unreliable. C'mon Josh!!

  • goodd i agree, keep up the good work

  • Come on Hillary stop looking like such a Republican crying when you are loosing!

  • Hillary needs to win Texas, Ohio and Penn with 60% of the vote in order to stay close to Obama.

Right now she is polling at 52%, and Obama has just started to campaign in those last few big states. Once he has a few of those 20,000 people in a stadium events, her lead will evaporate. There is no way she can win with 60% after 3 weeks

  • Mark Penn and Frank Luntz look like long lost brothers.

PS - I wish Billary had fought this hard in FLA to help Al Gore win in 2000. Think about all the lost lives and wasted time/treasure such an unselfish effort could have averted.

  • Superdelegates are being heavily lobbied by Bil Clinton, as he calls in favor after favor. I'm sure that many of them will vote for whomever they see as the better candidate, but many will also vote for Clinton due to Bills arm twisting.

  • foking hell, try not to be so plainly biased

  • I'm still not putting it past Hillary to be able to pull this out. (Not that I necessarily want her to)

I have a feeling that there are a lot of SD's that have been persuaded by her to get behind her, but are waiting for a primary like Texas to come up so that it goes more unnoticed and seems that they are trying to reflect voters a little more. Because right now, Barack is on fire.

  • hmmm... interesting theory. I don't know though. I would have expected after Feb 5, when her campaign was looking shaky, to get more endorsements (pledges) from congressional superdelegates that want her in the WH. But the recent supers have gone more in Obamas favor.

  • I agree, but I think everyone is shocked at the enormous surge Barack has received lately. To the pollsters and pundits, they didn't see Super Tuesday as that big of a hit to the Hillary campaign - little did they know things were about to get a lot worse for her.

I don't mean to get cynical about the SD's, maybe everything will turn out relatively just and the Supers will reflect the popular vote.

  • I support you Josh in not shaving until this matter is resolved.

Seriously though, what is Clinton smoking? She wants to sell us on party officials voiding the democratic process and handing the nomination to their favorite. The definition of a rigged election. The definition of an illegitimate regime.

I, for one, welcome our new insect overlords.

  • viable, ie. has a chance of winning. ron paul has no chance,

  • thank you.

  • Hillary is the evil one.
