Water fountains in slow motion

I wonder if this could be reproduced in Blender... Do you reckon next month's Blender Guru theme could be based on physics?

@IPVentertainment Looking at it in slo-mo I reckon that if a cloth-modified object is used as a fluid inflow with a wind field effecting the cloth...I'm off to fire up Blender.  I may be some time...
