  • This is the worst bullshit, i have ever heard. Allah doesnt care if you have beard or not, but he do care for people who respect and behave well against other people. In other words, it means yours a good person.

  • @Neohead is that it? What about the other things that he commanded us to do?

Okay, now let me us you this, do you have faith? Do you have faith in Allaah?

the Prophet(saw) said, "you will not have faith until you love me more than anything."

"And whatever the Messenger gives you, take it, and whatever he forbids you, leave it. And fear Allah: truly Allah is severe in punishment. " [Qur'an 59:7]

So he told you to leave your beard alone, why won't you do it? What's the matter with you?

  • Qala an-Nabiyyu sallaAllaahu 3alayhi wa sallam: "Laa yadkhulu al-Jannata man kana fee qalbihi mithqaalu darratin min kibr."

"He will not enter paradise, he who has a grain of a mustard of arrogance in his heart."

They asked him what arrogance resembles. The prophet sallaAllahu 3alayhi wa sallam explained it is of two kinds:

    1. When the truth is presented to him, he rejects.

    2. Belittling other people.

Take a look at number one. This counts for all people who deny shaving the beard is haraam.

  • Does anyone know where I can find the full, un-edited version of this presentation?

  • @coxeroney

Because the beard is the beauty of a man, and we believe this as Muslims.

Women's faces are smooth, so why do men seek to also make them smooth? Even amongst the kuffaar there are men who realise that beards are manly.

Brother, I am 21, when I was 17, I was against the beard, I dont mean to be harsh, but I ask Allaah to allow you to gain beneficial knowledge and that one day you will understand,

You are young my dear brother, keep in your reading of Islaam.

  • @coxeroney Brother to make this simple the reason we grow our beards is because the Prophet told us and commanded us to. Although if no hair grows you are exempt. Allah says "he does not speak out of his own desire". Allah and the prophet know best and know what is better for us than we know ourselves. "And obey Allah and His Messenger; and fall into no disputes, lest ye lose heart and your power depart; and be patient and persevering: For Allah is with those who patiently persevere": (8:46)

  • @coxeroney May Allah Guide you, it saddens me when i see my fellow brother in such a state. Clear evidence where displayed upon you yet you don't believe that it's haram to shave your beard. And on looking similar to a women, if a male Lion were to be shaved and was to put next to a female Lion, from a far distance you can't distinguish them. The beard shows manliness and dominion over the women. Similarly it is for us, we take care of our women and the beard represents men.

  • @coxeroney Dear brother. It does not matter that you will still look like a man without a beard. Shaving it is a must, a direct command from our prophet!!!

Just for this reason, you're not allowed to shave it. Hear and obey o Muslim!

  • @Madhofd LOL, I meant NOT shaving it, astagfirullah

  • @JihadOfTheSoul Why would God create a people, some native American tribes, for instance that didn't have the ability to grow beards, if it was such an important law, again allah shows his complete lack of knowledge about the world.

  • @JihadOfTheSoul brother it is not the greek philosepher who said that. it's Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyya said that.

  • @SlaveOfAllah92 Only once this bastard quotes from the Quran and the verse has nothing to do with beards.

(4:118-9) read it again does it mention beards?

Its amazing one can imply a verse to mean anything.

I challenge u to gimme one single quote from the Quran where it states keeping a beard is compulsury?

We're sick of these wahhabi satan worshippers turning Islam into a fascist regime by twisting and manipulating the true message of Islam.

But dont worry we r here.

  • @mindoasis11 The Prophet (PBUH) taught not to curse or call names to other Muslims. As for him being a Wahabi there are plenty of videos on youtube explaining the truth about being a Wahhabi (A degrading term).

  • @UmayrTakwir Our Rasul(pbuh) taught us not to kill too.

And not jus muslims but to all of Gods creations.

  • @SlaveOfAllah92 Walaikum Assalam,

Proof? This clown provides no such proof....does he mention muslim soldiers in battle were shaved when they took part in wars at the time of our Rasul(pbuh) to appear younger and stronger?

Prayers are not Fard when u r in battle.

"who so imitates others beside us is not from among us. Do not imitate the Jews or the Christians'..this is ur proof? So do not drink water as the jews and christians do this.

Mentioning mickey mouse hadiths and scholars is nothing

  • @SlaveOfAllah92 That's what they say, Trim your mustache don't let It grow under your lip.

  • @SlaveOfAllah92 To answer your question you can shave it but It'll be better just to trim it.

  • I just shaved my facial hair yesterday. My chin strip and should patch looks gooood.

  • if you hold your beard with your heand it should not stick out orelse its stupidity

  • Funny He says he bring proofs from the Quran and hadith.... But, I didnt see any proof from the Quran how come? Surely Allah would put something that "important" in his Quran and not let us guess whether its obligation or not...

  • @MrDiiny Actually there is many verses in the Quran which point out to "Follow the messenger/obey the messenger/ What ever the messenger gives you, take it, what ever he forbids of you, stay away"

    and the likes....

Most definitlely it is the sunnah of the prophet (as) ... And the Majority of scholars have said it's Fardh.

  • @MahyarAkbar Yes I know that, but how did the messenger get that information from? So your telling me that Allah did not put an obligation in his noble Quran, but somehow the messenger got extra information.

Muhammad(pbup) came only to deliver the revelation that is Quran, are you telling me that we need to obey two diffrent sources when reffering to that verese? I'm sorry but the Quran is clear on things concerning obligation, so the beard being fard must come from a different source. Peace

  • @MrDiiny In regards to this, Allah subhanaho answers your question, we find it in surah an-najm. he says " he doesnt speak of his own desires, but its only a revelation revealed unto him." prophet muhammad peace be upon him, never spoke out of his own will, whatever he commanded was from allah, you have hadith qudsi that is from allah but its not in the noble quran, and like allah said whatever the messenger gives you take it. and whatever he forbids you leave it.

  • @elpestolero7 Oke here we go again with the "sunnah" So if the prophet never did anything out of his own desire how come his "sunnah" has certain ways of judgement wich differs from the one described in the Quran? Like apostasy? Where did the stoning to death come from? Muhammads sunnah is not the same as Allahs sunna?

  • @MrDiiny there are certain things that are not mentioned in the quran, but its mentioned in the hadith. be it apostasy or stoning to death. it didnt have to be mentioned in the quran. allah makes his religion complete via his messenger, whether he adds the ruling via the quran or via the prophets own tongue.as a muslim you listen and obey. your job is not to question why.

  • @MrDiiny muhamads sunnah is direct orders from allah. anything that the prophet says that goes against the quran is rejected. so far i havnt found any.

  • @MrDiiny

    an other hadith rejecting kafir.

  • @alithelin1234 How comfortable for you to call people kafir just like that huh? Instead why dont you point me to the verse in the Quran that says we must follow, embrace other books besides Quran?

And dont tell me about the verse saying obeying the Messenger is like obeying Allah, I know that and doing that i not following two sources...

  • @MrDiiny

whoever rejects hadith is not a muslim simple, its ijmaa.

  • @MrDiiny he is right. prophet muhammad peace be upon him said, who ever leaves or disegards my sunnah, he or she is not from me. its a correct and sound hadith. Please do your research brother.

  • I choose to believe in the words of Allah(swt) adn the Quan and not some 'mickey mouse' cleric.

So what if he quotes, anyone can quote and misquote.

But anyway why stop the insults.

  • @mindoasis11 why top the insults? because insulting is haram, even insulting a kafir you gonna insult me now? I'm muslim but are you truly following your deen? In what way do you see our prophet (pbuh) ? Every messenger did bring a book the prophet brought the qur'an (not EVERY messenger but Ibraheim and Jesus did I believe) but even though they told the followers of Allah what to and what not to do does that mean what they said was sunnah?

  • Keeping a beard is not compulsory but it is 'sunnah' if u do, no harn if u dont.

Islam is very simple and tollerent but there are those that wish to sow doubt and anomisity within the muslim community.

This video and the clown in it are a joke...i feel real sorry for the people who believe wht the joker is saying.

  • @mindoasis11

I urge you fear Allah, its Haram to call people by derogatory names such clown, Its even worse abuse a scholar who has more knowledge than me and probably you, you are free to disagree with him but there is no need to insult. Remember Allah is closer to you than you jugular vein.

  • @AbdullahSaedMuhammad Maybe ur friend the TheMuslim0 needs to learn what u are saying.

Or maybe double standards is normal?

I do not to reinforce my faith in the almighty by continually typing his name.

  • @mindoasis11

I don't understand your point. Please read my comment again, have I said something to offend you?

All i was saying is there no need to insult someone just because you disagree with them.

I did not mean to upset you, please forgive me.

  • @mindoasis11

Lool, is that coming from a ''communist''? Communism is kufr.

  • @TheMuslim0 Well ur certainly not muslim if u believe this wahhabi 'cleric' is authentic.

  • @mindoasis11

This very wahhabi cleric quoted the words of many imams who lived way before us. Are those imams 'wahabis'?

You believe in kufr. Are you even Muslim?

  • @TheMuslim0 Communism is not Kufr, but u chose to bring up the subject.

Lets disscuss Najd, Ali(RA), Imam Hussein, Muayihah, Yazid, Karbala, Sahi bukhari, Khwawarj, Karbala, Ibn Abd Wahhab, Ibn Taymiyyah, Kitab-Al-Shirk, house of Saud, .

Wrongs have to be righted dont they?

    Hail Communism

Long Live the true deen Islam

  • so you cant shave it, but can you shave some of it? cut the hair but not fully shaved like ZERO? so it must grow without a single hair being cut? ive seen a lot of muslim experts/teachers without a lihyah, some have short hair, its not shaved completely and some shave all the hair off, i know many who shave their hair like normal, this is the first time i hear of this .......

  • @MOMI5K Certainly the "Experts" of which you speak continue to speak of loving the Prophet(saaws)? but yet they choose something other then his way and the command of Allah? Who is closer to truth, the one who follows the Sunnah or the one who follows his own desires? There are differences of opinion regarding required length but none of the great scholars of Islam EVER allowed shaving and Muhammad(saaws) was not known to even trim his beard. This is the behavior of the effeminate. Fear Allah.

  • @LogicalSubmission thanks for replying

yeah i know a lot of muslims in my family and many others i know shave normal, i only see sheikhs and muslim experts with long beards. i showed this to my dad and he told me, there is khilaaf about this that the prophet Muhammad SAW said to cut/shave beard normally, i dont know much about this, i dont know the hadith or anything, but the amount of muslims i know, i can say EVERY1 of them shave normal... im confused about what the muslims i know do, and this

  • @MOMI5K With all due respect to those people, I have to say that Muslims today often do not represent Islam. Example; Alcohol and Fornication are non-debated issues and how many Muslims fall into these? How many neglect Prayer? I can comfortably say that there is not 1 hadith where the Prophet(saaws) said to shave/cut the beard. In fact in many hadith Sahih, the Prophet(saaws) said: "Trim the moustache and let the beard grow". We obey Allah & Muhammad, not our desires. Go to - Quran 33:36.

  • @LogicalSubmission trim the moustache, let the beard grow < okay so to not shave the beard completely, but cant you make your beard shorter? or must you leave the beard to grow on forever and not cut the hair at all......?

i understand to obey the prophet Muhammad pbuh and not our desires, but like today i was in the mosque (jumuah) thinking about this... about 85% of the people there around me shave their beard, and the rest have a long or just a thick beard......

  • @MOMI5K The scholars have disagreed on required length. However, the hadith implies to let it grow naturally and a lot of scholars say just leave it and don't touch it at all. Some scholars say it could be trimmed to a fist's length(and no shorter) based on what one companion did but the issue with this is that it is contradictory to the Prophet's(saaws) actions and so many state that a fist length minimum(anything less is haram) and it is disliked(makruh) to trim even to that so don't touch it.

  • @LogicalSubmission what do you mean by fist size? how do you measure that? the size from the knuckles to the middle bendy bone of the fingers?

  • @MOMI5K Well as I said fist size is not according to the Sunnah, but if this is what one is capable of doing for Allah, then it is certainly better then shaving to the skin. By fist what is meant is if one were to grasp his beard in a fist at the base of the chin(with the top of that fist being where the thumb is touching the chin), whatever excess extends to beyond and outside of that(beyond the small/pinky finger's knuckle bone) would be cut.

  • @LogicalSubmission shukran akhi, much appreciated

  • @MOMI5K Leave it at a fist's length and keep it trimmed to look beautiful Allah has created mankind with beauty If growing your beard hugely makes you look ugly obviously keeping it at a fist's length will make you look beautiful and wise and that glow on your face and that smell of musk from your body. All muslims are handsome smell good and have a glow in their faces, clean your beard keep it nicely trimmed at less at a fists length wa inshallah you'll be following Allah.

  • just to let people know. nobody can grow their beard... its allah that grows your beard lol not yourself the command is if allah grows a person a beard he should leave it if he wants to follow the sunnah and obey allah. but nobody can grow a beard

  • I understand that it's wrong to shave and society wants us to, but VERY few (almost NO modern) girls these days like it!! All of my friends have girlfriends and not a single girl said that she would get with a guy that has a beard. What is the world coming to!!!!

  • 1) Many people by nature cannot grow a beard

    2) The cardinal popes of France were famous for their beards at the time of Rasul. Its technically imitating them by growing a beard...

more to it i think and definitely not a priority right now....

  • Dear brothers and sisters, if any of you are confused and want to know exaclty the hadith explaining hte beard etc watch the lecture let it grow with a natural flow.....

that way no1 can make up excuses saying its not in the quran etc inshaAALLAH i hope brothers will read this and watch the lecture it leaves you without doubt inshaALLAH ....

  • Just Grow it!. ISSIT SO DIFFICULT TO GROW? IM ASIAN. I DONT HAVE A BIG BEARD cos it never grew. I Only have A goatee because that's the thing that grows!Remember, that Hadeeths are from Allah. Because Rasullulah does not speak out of his own desires! So people..I URGE you to stop shaving! How do you EXPECT to enter Jannah when you DONT EVEN LOOK like all the righteous people?! The Shaykh in this video already said, ALL OF THE COMPANIONS NEVER SHAVED THEIR BEARDS. STOP FOLLOWING YOUR DESIRES

  • all sunnah go to hell becouse thay fallow omar lanatollah

    only shia are sunnah

  • @JihadOfTheSoul who said be a woman?..i dont want to be a woman. and shaving my beard does not make me want to be a women .. far from that buddy. it wouldnt be right if I said those arab mens dress clothing things look like women dresses. yea they look like there dress like women. but see that not right what i said..ecase women and men have similar appearance but there still a man and women. yea man Quran is man made. sorry.and to say music is haram..um sound is all in the universe that god cre

  • i dont care what this guy says, or any other imam says, muhamed ( salah alah 3aleoh wasalm ) it's only a sunah, nothing in Quran asks to grow the beard, it's only a sunah, thats my point of view, dont take me for granted and make your own research.

  • @throneinc

looool you tell us to do our own research, but werent you the same one who said:

"i dont care what this guy says, or any other imam says"

Grow up brother, form an opinion when you are a little older inshaaAllaah

  • @JihadOfTheSoul Dont bring on your arsenal of insults just yet, sunah is a sunah, and that means its NEVER a sin to shave your beard, growing one is a plus, he is just being a radical and an extremist, and people like him make us muslims look like a 3rd world humans.

  • @JihadOfTheSoul

Dont bring your arsenal of insults just yet, a Sunah is a sunah, that means its NEVER a sin to shave your beard.

people like him make us muslims look like 3rd world humans.

PS. its much a bigger sin to make false statements based on only other imams statements.

and by that logic, muhamed (SAAS} asked us to wash out teeth with a swak, does it mean we've sinned because we dont ? use your minds, if it doesn't make sense then it's not true, islam is all about making sense after all

  • @throneinc

The word 'Sunnah' isnt synonymous with 'optional'

    May I ask you something?

Who are use to use false intellect to go against the proofs provided in this video? Do you think you are better in knowledge than our imaams throughout history?

    Serious question.

  • they never say why u have to grow a beard or the impotance..its always its haram!..do what he does,

  • Insha'allah I begin to grow my beard =)

  • is it easy to make this effects?

  • Mashaallah. Very beneficial Video.. May Allah Guide us all... Ameen.. Jazakalahu khyr for posting the video. May Allah reward you in paradise..

  • what is the name of the shyakh ? " so they will slit the ears of cattle" - what does slitting cattle's ear imply here ?

  • islam-qa.com/en/ref/103623/mustache

    shave or trim mustache

  • don't you think allah has more important things to concern than the hair in a man's face?

  • @yoathan

lol, good question. If you notice, this is in setting one apart from the others, a recognition more so than anything else.

Sheikh Anwar makes it into a factor as one respecting the prophet and his companions by keeping it. So, it would mean to say that the Imams looked at it as such, therefore concluding that it would be disrespectful to shave it and look like everyone else.

Which I understand but it's a bit of a stretch to say it's Haram to shave it...

  • @yoathan

Fear allah ahki don't drop comments like that, allah doesn't need us we Need him.

He reveled the hukum from the seven skies and your saying there is no wisdom behind it fear allah

  • i have a small beard. it can be held in a fist therefore this is what is required, it is sunnah to grow the beard completly out (according to Hanafi)

  • Jaza Allah Khairan everyone who shared this great video.

جزى الله خيراً كل من نشر هذا المقطع الرائع

  • @MustafaPresents

I guess the more appropriate equivalent of "mukhannath" would be "effeminate".

  • This was excellent mashAllah, but the sheikh didn't cite hadi'th he should have done that more so in detail. But still good lecture on the subject. assalamu alaikum

  • @ahyahyahy I saw the whole lecture in tv. He cited all the hadiths and explained them. This video is not the whole lecture.

  • Nice and clear.

    Jazakumullah Khair for sharing.

  • Ya allah what is this ummah's problem with the beard, its fard thats it, we have greater things to worry and argue about. May Allah guide us all.

Selamu Aljekum We Rahmetullah We Barekatuhu!

  • @BatoTheSniper Dont look how small this action is. But look how Big the One who commanded you with it is!

The whole religion is important and we talk about everything, not only some specific things.

  • As Salam o Aleikum

It's unfortunate, that so many Muslim brothers don't realize this, but InshAllah, this video will be a help on the road :D

    JazakAllah khairan

  • thank you so much brother

  • جزاكم الله خيرا ^_^

  • I don't think the translator meant to write "hermaphrodite" since that is a description of a congenital physiological condition. If "hermaphrodite" is a correct translation then the statement is factually incorrect, since the condition is extremely rare and even in such a case an hermaphrodite may be able to grow a beard. Or perhaps the statement quoted was originally meant to be satiric, but why then mention it as part of a purely juridical argument?

  • Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmat Allahi wa Barakatu

I love how the Sheikh is so straightforward without beating around the bush about anything. May Allah reward him.

  • unfortunately many muslims cant come to term with this

  • is there a link where we can download this?

  • @TRUTHOFISLAM You can download it via YouTube Downloader or if you've got Real Player Plus ;)

  • @TRUTHOFISLAM

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmat Allahi wa Barakatu

A download link has just been placed in the video description.

  • @TRUTHOFISLAM you can download real player and after you install it then whenever you log in to youtube or anyother such website then you shall see a sign poping up saying that download it and then yopu can simply click on it.

  • djazakum allahu khairan for uplaoding this great video, you must love the beard when you hear this subhanalah.

i mean come on, why don't the brother's wear the beard, just like the sisters need to wear the hijaab we man need to wear the beard its FARDDD, and its HARAM to shave it.

    ati3oe lah wa ati3oe rasoel.

  • @Mocro1984 i had i nightmare that someone shaved my beard i woke up and cried.

  • @dbzlover2009 Thank god it was a nightmare and not real.

you would look like a woman and you would lose your manhood yay.

and good you cried because you love the beard and the prophet, or did you cry for some other reason.

    alhamdoulilla h3ala koli hal.

  • @Mocro1984 i dont know why i cried what i do know is that it was because i lost something dear to me.

  • @dbzlover2009 Masha Allah that.s nice to hear.

it is something dear to one who loves the prophet sala lahu 3alaihi wasalam.
