2. Type this into the CP: bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff

3. Hit enter, it should say Operation Completed Successfully

4. Restart your computer and NR 2003 should work, its how i did it.

@CrimsonKing5298 yes you can, as long as you have the microsoft wireless device detector you can get it at best buy for 50 dollars, and it comes with a controller, that works for xbox and the pc, they used to sell they detector by itself but microsoft quit selling them separately. good luck, its well worth the price, i have it and it works amazingly!
