I dont know if the song proves it but greys are definatly a sub class of the reptilians. The UFO is actually a external chakra which can be created through sacred geometry usually performed by 5th density or higher beings as talked about in Val Valerians books Matrix: "The Phyco-social, chemical, biological, and electro-magnetic manipulation of human conciousness." I believe its also mentioned in "The Coming of Tan"
