Cobalt SS is an amazing machine no doubt, but I'd still take the S2K any day. RWD>FWD...plus there is nothing more satisfying then taking someone who is under boost with a high rev 2.2 liter :)

@crazykid821 S2000s have absolutely brutal mid-top power and don't govern out. Getting passed at the top end of the quarter was the last thing on that S2000 driver's mind when he hit the brakes.
I dont think the S2000 driver was giving it all it had. S2000's are fucking fast and will spank your little Cobalt SS. They can also handle curves way better due to the fact they have wicked suspensions under them. All Cobalts still use suspensions based on my granny's 1982 chevy celebrity.

but if this cobalt ss is the supercharger version (while assuming it's stock) then it only has about 205/210 hp.
the s2k has 235 i believe.
