Most annoying STUPID BUTTFUCKING GAME EVER. I threw it across the room and sold it for cash that I spent on weed. That's the only positive contribution this piece of shit game gave me.
Great, Activision is making Bond games now, I suppose we'll be seeing 5 bond games per year like the Guitar Hero games. And Another, why are they making it for the Wii? It would be so much better on the 360 with the online play!

I dont have siblings to play with, I usually game alone, so Im obviously not going to play it. I respect how far Nintendo has come along, but its just not my thing. A long time ago, was great when the REAL goldeneye was for 64. Remakes are usually ruined by adding things in, changing dialogue, gameplay etc. I look at this video and see a lot of things wrong.

@bellakazza I have a 360 & Wii. But I'm no fanboy of the PS3 nor the 360. Truth be told, I plan on getting a PS3 because there are games that I want to play but they're PS3 exclusive. Other than that, I really don't care what console a game is for. If the game looks good, that's enough for me.

@bellakazza The gamecube, much like the wii was poorly supported,with many developers choosing not to make games for it due to the fact it was the 3rd most popular platform . Not as poorly supported as the wii however because at least the gamecube was (roughly) technically on a level with the xbox and ps2. Developers wont touch the wii mostly due to having work within the strict technical capabilities of the system and the ones that do only make cooking games and shit get fit games

If they can't remake Goldeneye the right way, then they shouldn't make it at all. This new "remake" features the most recent mistake made in the James Bond 007 franchise, Daniel Craig! Secondly, Why in the HELL would you remake this game using a newer game engine? The original on N64 was fine, all they need to do is enhance the graphics on what has already been made, and what everybody remembers... Hopefully I'm not the only person seeing the slow demise to such a good franchise...

The problem is that they are simply too lazy, and it seems to me like they have pushed out the Daniel Craig movies to simply make quick money, which is why the 007 franchise is currently too broke to even produce a game. Instead, they're taking another long-shot thinking that both Goldeneye and Bloodstone will be a success...

@mjttb1 in most people's oppinions using a controller is actually the WORST way of playing a shooter, in my experiance of the PS3 and 360 shooters the movement is choppy and either too fast or too slow and impossibly to snap a headshot well while the shooters on the Wii are great as you can aim more naturally creating a far more realistic experiance, my favourite shooter method is the mouse and keyboard but thats beside the point, the only shooters I would consider using a pad for is 3rd person

@reballare That is total bull, The GameCube was way above the ps2 and on the same level as the xbox.
The GameCube also had a ton of awesome third party games such as Gladius, TimeSplitters and Medal of Honor.
And the Wii has many amazing games maybe not as many third party but dispite that the Wii has many awesome games.
Even third party like The Force Unleashed and Medal of Honor Heros 2.
In fact shooters are better on the Wii because of its motion control and even TFU is amazing on the Wii.

I don't know if you hit your head or your memory is just blurry. It had NOTHING to do with this game at all. Hell, it was before this game was even a memory block on a computer harddrive. Don't really care about your opinions on Actvision by the way, the MW2 thing is now under the radar for now, and frankly I don't know why people are mad about it.

@silverhawkroman But in your mind, it sucks. Others are more easily impressed. Besides, I've heard complaints about more direct remakes in the past like Metal Gear Twin Snakes. I prefer to be optomistic rather than reserved. People would be complaining about a direct remake as well right about now too if it was. Fanboys are pretty much whiny little kids when it comes to remakes.

@PhoenixShadow000 i know about the idiots complaining about MGS TS, saying the sound track wasn't exactly the same (it was, the sound sucked back then) and that the voice-overs weren't 'convincing' (it was EXACTLY THE SAME, same lines, same voice tones, except for Mei Ling)
I wouldn't say im much of a fanboy, it's that when you make a remake (this game is actually a reimagining) or an adaptation, you have to make it good, and not change the core characteristics of the source material.

If they can't remake Goldeneye the right way, then they shouldn't make it at all. This new "remake" features the most recent mistake made in the James Bond 007 franchise, Daniel Craig! Secondly, Why in the HELL would you remake this game using a newer game engine? The original on N64 was fine, all they need to do is enhance the graphics on what has already been made, and what everybody remembers... Hopefully I'm not the only person seeing the slow demise to such a good franchise...

Really? I'm pretty sure they used Sean Connery in the "From Russia With Love" video game in 2005.
The problem is that they are simply too lazy, and it seems to me like they have pushed out the Daniel Craig movies to simply make quick money, which is why the 007 franchise is currently too broke to even produce a game. Instead, they're taking another long-shot thinking that both Goldeneye and Bloodstone will be a success...

@mjttb1 in most people's oppinions using a controller is actually the WORST way of playing a shooter, in my experiance of the PS3 and 360 shooters the movement is choppy and either too fast or too slow and impossibly to snap a headshot well while the shooters on the Wii are great as you can aim more naturally creating a far more realistic experiance, my favourite shooter method is the mouse and keyboard but thats beside the point, the only shooters I would consider using a pad for is 3rd person
