you know what's messed up from the movie? Hades and Hercules didn't officially meet until the later half of the movie, but they new each other in the past during the show.

@tehblackarachnid takes place before the movie when Herc was a teenager.Meg was in an episode but they drank some forgetting water from Hades' pool so they didn't remember each other. That's when they meet again as adults,
