topman sucks, I';ve been buying their stuff for 4 years now, and just recently I bought a pair of jeans for £38. Took it home and didn't like it., so went for a refund. My HSBC bank changed from mestro to visa debit recently so they gave me a new card. The idiot supervisor at the cashier wouldn't give me a refund because hte card is different. He embarrased me in front of everyone saying the word "fraud" "fraud" over and over. I've never been so embrarrsed in my life, I will never shop there.
