@jonka12 The music comes from the video listed in the info sidebar. Click (more info) on the right and you'll see a link. I don't know much more than that though. :(
I'm using Macromedia Freehand MX. It feels more intuitive for me to lay down the points and nudge the lines rather than make the curves right off the bat. Unfortunately, I don't think Illustrator allows you to do that.
Well, granted the video's speed adds to the percieved effect, but you really seem to have an amazing eye for the number and position of the nodes for the initial shape that you then model.
