Looks like you have a bad 02 sensors trying to correct you a/f at low rpm? have you tried turning off your open loop reading and adjusting a/f ratio at idle?
open loop is that way when the engine is warm, when you start the car and it is cold it will run through a series of adjustment readings, like o2 sensors and quarts clock in the ecm. you dont want to run closed loop all the time, fuel mileage goes down the drain.just figured i would offer some insight to yall.
