Why shouldn't muslims make metal music if they want to?

Go to metal videos on youtube and you'll get a few preachers followed by the rest of the page trolling. It goes something like this: "HEAVY METAL IS OF THE DEVIL, REPENT blah blah blah coz I'm soooo much better and holier than you are" and in reply " GO *flurry of obscence verbal abuse* and take your fairytale book with you, if you don't like it, don't listen to it blah blah don't judge blah blah blah".

I do agree. Metal, Rock, and all those nonconformist musis styles (Punk, Rap, the early Jazz...) they hardly go with religion and ideology.

But, you know, fight fire with fire. Metal might secretly sneak into a religious group and corrode its false values from inside.

Conformity isn't just for metal associated with religion. And no-one owns a style of music. If you don't like it, don't listen to it. I personally prefer all the other bands not associated with religion, but that's because there aren't really any good religious bands out there yet. That I know of.

But you're entitled to your opinion, so yeah.
