Like, drinking water from elephant dung, taking dangerous, unnecessary risks (like jumping off cliffs into lakes and whatnot). Not cooking food before eating it, ect.

In short, "Man vs. Wild" is the "Jackass" show of the discovery channel. A lot of the stuff he does is to look 'cool', but you should not try it in real life.
