Take a close look at your vid. You'll see that the rabbit did not make it back down the hole. What you ended up tying is a shees bend. But it still workes.
@marigold321 He's sort of just showing that you need to tie the rope around the 2 ropes of the loop (the Tree in his story ;) as opposed to tying around the END of the loop or just one rope. I always think about it as a Fence POST and Wire. I have the wire end I need to tie around the POST . . not around the wire Itself.
