  • ThaT one person who disliked, should feel terribly about them selves right now!!

  • love this song

  • This is so beautiful...WOOW

  • I have been to powerscourt many times, it`s a wonderful place but i wish so much that I had been there this night !

  • I put on my suit before listening to Celtic Woman.

  • I have just understand few minutes ago that the song was about ELLIS ISLAND the place in new york the immigrants have to go in their arrival in the US

  • Incredibly beautiful song forward in a very poetic and beautiful way with the best and most beautiful voices Ireland can obtain. And a fabulous show. This song has come to mean something special to me. My grandfather landed on Ellis Island in 1911 as an immigrant from Denmark. I am overwhelmed and feel with Annie Moor standing alone, scared but hopeful - at the age of 15 years - in this new unknown country. Thanks to Celtic Woman for this performance.

  • @KJH24oktober1952 Annie Moor was not alone, she had her two little brothers with her and they traveled to the U.S to reunite with their parents that had come to the U.S two years before them (fact found from Wikipedia)

  • A very meaningful song!! Thanks ladies for wonderful music to give to our homes.

  • I cant sing this without crying! Sooo beautiful!

    And I like Celtic Woman...

  • The guy who plays the welsh instrument looks like an hungarian conductor I knew during Les Miserables show here on my island

¡¡¡Chicas, sencillamente magnificas!!!

  • Amazing!! The Uilleann pipe, flute and violin are such a magic combination in traditional Irish music. Gives me the shivers everytime again! And Chloë sure is beautiful. How i wish i had a girlfriend like her. Looks and voice of an agel...

  • Chloes voice is just a touch better and she appears to be voice trained really well.

  • The Irish Tenors version is beautiful as well. Check it out

  • like!!!!!!!!

  • Who could dislike this song?

  • that one person who has disliked must be blind and deaf.... or insane...

  • Whats the Name of this "Bagpipe-Like" Instrument? Sounds beautiful.

  • @necronomicon191080 They are called Uilleann pipes and are the Irish version of the bagpipe.

  • @2010zagadka Thank You ;-)

  • @necronomicon191080 a Uilleann pipe

  • This makes me proud to be Irish

  • this is too beautiful. both the song and the way celtic woman sings... beautiful!

  • "And COURAGE is the passport, when your old world disappears."

  • is this recorded in Powerscourt

  • THE FEMALE SPIRIT OFCELTIC NATIONS

  • Simply BEAUTIFUL!!! <3

  • Does anybody knows what kind of instrument the man plays in the beginning?

  • @onnio1 Look a little further down for more details, it has been asked and answered previously. They are called Uilleann pipes and is a type of bagpipe native to Ireland.

  • @2010zagadka Thank you for your answer. happy Newyear!!

  • just a question are they singing live??? cos sometimes it looks like there're not.

  • this song gives me goosebumps.........the good kindXD all hail ireland^x^

  • punta nmn kyo d2 s pilipinas

  • Giving Chloë the lines "I Thought Of How It Must Have Been, When You're Fifteen Years." is a brilliant piece of arrangement, when you think a little back. She was 15 at the time of the first performance of Celtic Woman at the Helix on September 15, 2004.

  • goosebumps... perfect!!!!

  • does anyone know the name of the instrument the guy plays in the beggining? never seen before...

  • @LynElric They are called the Uilleann pipes...traditional Irish pipes

  • @Sportymike To elaborate further. It's a type of bagpipe distinguished from the Great Highland Bagpipes (Scottish bagpipes that are almost synonymous with the term bagpipes) by the use of bellows strapped around the waist and right arm to inflate the bag rather than the player blowing into it while playing.

  • Saw them live in concert last Saturday night in Sydney.

If you think they're perfect and gorgeous on a screen/monitor, you should see them live!!!!

And as for Mairead Nesbitt ..... it's time for this aging gent to take a cold shower!!!!

Tissues galore for this song (The New Ground / Isle Of Hope, Isle Of Tears). Streaming tears by the end, not ashamed to admit it.

  • Talk about a beautiful song !!! Everything comes together so perfect in this song with each instrument and of course the girls are extremely talented. Well done yet again Celtic Woman !!!!

  • perfect... the clans will never fail.

  • perfect

  • what is the name of the bagpipe he is playing. There are no drones and it looks like he has bellowes under his other arm

  • @90210spike The uilleann pipes

  • y yo tngo el disco del concierto jajaja!!!

  • this is a beautiful song!!! love it

  • i loveee thath girl 1:41

  • love this song

  • It 's wonderful, congratulations

  • but lisa and chloe are awesome

  • siingiing thiis song fer tha derry fleadh 2010 ;)

  • I think she moves a lot and graciously through the stage... perhaps not in this particular song, but in Carolina Rua she is amazing... She's a great singer!

  • I think Lynn's style of music does not involve movement and telling a story with her face. Her music is in her voice. I really like that about her. Like in Non ce piu, she is the best in the group

  • @iam2sweet29 I think she isn't the best member of the group.. oké she is good, but she doesn't have the excitement that the others members have, and that's is taking her down in my head

  • Alex looks likes she's about to cry every time she sings. Don't you find?

    LOVE LISA and CHLOE!

    they're amazing.

Lynn kinds gives off a bad vibe. I dunno maybe it's because I still miss Orla and Meav. : ( loved them xo

  • I thought it was just me who noticed these things! Glad I'm not alone. I know what you mean with Alex, as for Lynn, I don't really get a bad vibe, more just that she seems really stiff onsage compared to the other girls. Almost like she's nervous to be up there.

  • Comment removed

  • I agree Lynn has something fishy about her....But I love the other new comer: Alex.

  • Comment removed

  • @SoapStar4Life LOL my friend and I found the same thing about Alex, she definitely looks like she's going to cry

  • What are all the singers' names?

  • @bluewater174
