I didn't use a hair modifier. It's a complete model which you can pose. Ifyou mean the hair colour I just recoloured the hair texture of the model.(I'm so sorry, but I don't really get what you want to know.) xD Me stupid German.

Well, the hair has bones, which you can move. ^^ So I simply moved the bones, to create the effect. ^^
