@broboore Use it daily and still absolutely love it...the scuffs add to it in my opinion. Leather looks better the more it ages. They'll disappear if you use a little leather oil. But ya, doesn't bother me in the least...
@wilwiredtv Thank you for the quick response. I have a couple more questions. Would you say that the finish is more traditional leather or more of a suede? The one I received seems much softer and suede like. Are your D-rings cutting into the finish and making marks from carrying it? Thanks!
@broboore Mine was more suede like and on a rainy day it got very heavy and damp. Took days to dry. Sent it back - they were very good with a refund. In this video the leather seems to have a better finish.
@broboore You should be able to rub out the scuffs pretty nicely with your fingers. Also you can use a leather condition (any should be fine) once in awhile to spruce it up. We agree with @Wil that the scuffs add character - kind of like a well-worn baseball glove or bomber jacket, but the ideas above will make it look un-scuffed so either way you should be covered. Thanks for your comment.
@wilwiredtv I mentioned that because I wear my bags also while riding my motorbike and if the flap isn't secure, the wind blows it up. If the bag had a horizontal format and a latch/velcro flap I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
Regarding this bag, it looks great. Vertical bags are few and far between, but that's how I like to carry my gear (horizontal bags too unwieldy). As an ALTERNATIVE, I currently use a BREE Punch 48. Nice bag, excellent build, too. Just not as plush as the leather used here.
I've been searching for a great review such as this for this bag for a long time. I will be getting the 11" one for the new MacBook Air. I'm convinced now that I will buy it. thanks
How do you feel about this bag several months later? I just received one, and it seems like it scuffs very easily. How does yours look now?

Classy design. Nice and simple.

The flap doesn't seem that secure.

@lemonjellies It's a fairly heavy thick leather flap, no worries here =) I'm not going backpacking with it! Hehe

the strap seems to tangle too easily :( Should have made it removable.
