what a dismal situation in naples, if italy is such a world powerhouse country why can't it deal w/the dilemma of garbage?of course italy is a beautiful country, but it's a sad shame that they can't invest in green technology that efficiently diminishes the trash problem.Look at germany i read that people get fined there, if they don't properly dispose their garbage in 4 separate garbage and recycling bins.

its true, im living here in germany now and we have to seperate everything or else there are huge fines to pay, also you have to pay extra for most drink containers when you buy them, then you get the money back after you have returned them, this forces a lazy person like myself who might have just thrown them in a regular trash bin to recycle, otherwise you are paying about 25% more on everything
