Its the number of leaves whose juice is going into one leaf. to explain a little better juice of NumberX leaves = 1 leaf

They are much stronger than the regular leaf but there is no standard for the number so it could be just a random number but if its the same company that makes a 20x then a 40x the 40x is stronger. For your first time do not do more than 20x and if you want a crazy experience take some organic salvia.
