actually, lvl 7 cpus and up "learn" your style for a single battle. It isn't saved or anything, but the cpu alters their own playing style to fit the battle against you.

It was a Wavedash, pause it a little bit after the bomb explodes and you can see Samus doing an Air Dodge (she even becomes green because of the Invincbility frames) and if you pause it at the right time at 0:01 you can clearly see Samus landing animation (with her hand on the floor) and the smoke that any normal WD creates. dubulOkotus comment below explains what happens...

Its not a SWD. Samus drops a bomb then the Bowser does his uair but it doesn't hit her b/c it cancels with her bomb. You can tell by the pale green ring that appears with the canceling-out of two moves or the grabbing of a ledge.The explosion of the bomb sends samus into the air where she airdodges to avoid the end of bowser's uair. The air dodge hits the platform and becomes a regular wave dash. You know it's not a SWD b/c smoke appears from her landing. SWDs don't make white smoke appear.

There is smoke in a regular samus super wavedash

Ok, but in a SWD the smoke that appears is from the running animation. This is the white circle that appears for normal WD (or just from landing). You can tell b/c of its size. Also, the SWD smoke appears farther away from where she drops her bomb (granted she's on a ledge here so there's not much space to work with). ALSO the timing isn't even right for a SWD.
