To do that you have to go to the mercenaries mode after you beat the game, get 5 stars on all maps with each character not just one, and then you can buy it from the merchant. You will have to upgrade it to make it infinate though. The total cost including all upgrades is 1,000,000 coin things. (pasetas?)

@UmbrellaAgent24 The Blacktail is like a strong, slower TMP when you fully upgrade it and the Red9 is more like a Sniper Rifle. I always opt for the Red9 because if you have a stock on that and the exclusive, you're taking out badguys AND conserving ammunition.

for the Chicago typewriter, you must end the extra "Separate Ways" and then assigniment ada.

for the infinite rocket launcher, you must end the main game to any difficulty

for the PRL412, you must end the main game on pro mode

for the handcannon, you must end the extra "Mercenaries" (60k stars in all the stages with all the characters)
