Amazing bro. I'm doing 1500 calories a day, jogging 20-30 minutes and doing P90 every day. Definitely going in my favorites for when I have a weak moment. Not as heavy, but the flab is there. Starting at 198. Any recent shots?
don't give up ,at first you may evengain weight,but thats normal,or you'll hit a wall an not loose anymore weight,throw lower calorie intake at it or change up the workout a lil bit and see how that works for you,no one is the same,so whats worked for me ,may not work for you ,but keep atit and don't give up
@phatboycrxhf - seriously man, cant thank you enough for taking the time to type all that. Since the day i wrote the below, ive gone from 283 down to 270.4 lbs this morning. Just got back in from 3 mille jog, and went to look at this video again to set me up for the coming week! i looked at everything - 17 day diet, meal replacemnet shakes, weight watchers, atkins, etc.... but none are realistic. What i really wanted was just someone to say that they did it the old fashion way - cheers mate!!

at first take in alot of water and cut it in half over the frst week,you will do an acid flush,which will get all the junk out of your system.Then lots lots and lots of cardio,get that heartrate up and get tha sweat on lol. i didnt workout at gyms all i did was free weights at home and chin ups and situps at work when people wernt looking

PLEASE do me a massive favour and answer me this one question!: weight lifting is a big part in losing this much weight BUT i my head is spinning from all the jargon/routines and contradictory advice out there. Did you hire a trainer or did you just learn what worked in the gym over time?! cheers!
no i didnt hire a trainer,all i did was cut out the junk,you'd be very surprised at the amount of wasted calories somene takes in everyday.like a chocolate bar and a 600ml of pepsi is like 600 calories,give or take a calorie
set a carlorie intake for the day and remember ou can still have your junk food and pop,
@Tweldofame well i was like 298lbs,thats alot of weight dude,its not all going to shrink over night, i was doing from 300 to 500 sit ups a day to tightin it all up,Another reason why it didnt bounce back is because i lost the weight very fast.I dropped ll the bullshit junk food and drinks,i was just drinking water and eating healthy,very low calorie meals and alot of cardio...i took a break over the winter and put on 20lbs .So it now time to get back into the weight lifting and hardcore cardio
I got pretty sick and from my medications I've gained around 80lbs. So I'm beginning to hit the gym again as of today. Thanks for the video, it's inspired me. The burn from lifting usually does that though. You said you did running on top of the lifting, did you start out with low intensive cardio for about 30 minutes to an hour to keep your heart rate up in the beginning?
yeah its a tough battle sometimes ,hint to him how great he is looking and the results he getting so far in the journey.pretty much make him feel good for doing it and he will keep it up ;)
