Why is everyone arguing about what the people in the video is correct or not when there only learning how to vault, for all you know they could have only been doing it for a few months. Also there is no right or wrong in how someone does their vaults and wether it exists or not because at the end of the day it's just movement, so if it looks good or gets you over an obsticle... whos to argue. Also WHY CAN NOBODY SPELL VAULT RIGHT.

Hart's Gymnastics, Auburn. I also recommend the Metropolitain Gym. Finally, brand-new and mat-less (a plus for me, I don't like training where everything's kooshy), the Parkour Visions gym is the third Parkour-specific gym in the U.S., and they have regular classes and free sessions. Highly recommended.

The bouncy floor in gymnasiums are not ideal for traceurs in training :x its because in real situations you won't be able to fly as far. Best to go at it on concrete. At most, the gym can help you understand the technique more as u have a greater hang time :D i only went to the gym once. I'm in Singapore by the way.

hey timmy this is freerunning the art of movement. parkour is the fastest way to get through obstacles. great video though :D

@happyworld122 all i did was mapquest the closest gymnasium in my area. just look for a place to do gymnastics and wait for the open gym night. normally on friday and sat for me. ten you can go and practice parkour, or use the tramps to work on some free running. simple.

go into your vaults with your feet split rather than together mate, although it feels weird at first you get so much more power when your outside on a hard surface=] cos the floor is sprung in the gym you automatically bounce but outside you will need to split to get the speed/power=] enjoy!!
