I can attest to that; I work there, and one of my jobs is to do carry-outs. I keep wanting to ask the people "Do you REALLY need a 55 inch plasma TV that can't even fit in the back of that already oversized SUV??" Wal Mart drives along the outright lie that "more is better" even if the "more" comes from sweatshop labor and criminally underpaid employees. Basic social conditioning, IMO.

I just saw this commercial tonight on TV. It's about time someone does something about Wal*Mart. With the economy in the toilet, the only place people can affort to shop is at Wal*Mart.
