Mother Maybelle was my favorite musician and singer from the time I was old enough to know what music is. I can remember being so excited when the Flatt and Scruggs show came on TV and Mother Maybelle was to be the special guest. Thanks for posting the wonderful video!!

Just imagine the doors that this lady has knocked down for women and men for that matter.

I don't think I would be the musician I am today if I hadn't heard my dad playing the Wildwood Flower as a child.
